profiling - java web application, check if any request taking more than certain amount of time -

I am working on Java web application which uses JAVA (with play framework) backend and frontend HTML, jazzery. For some requests the system is taking longer than required, some requests are taking more than 20 seconds.

My question is, is there a way to identify request / thread which is taking more than
