twitter bootstrap - Boostrap 3.1.1 - CSS not kicking for IE9 -


I have read posts related to Bootstrap 3 and IE 9, although none of the responses wanted to apply or work .

We are working on a Dev site with Bootstrap and for some reasons CES does not apply to IE9 view. I have found the right method, etc. So I wonder why this is happening

Can anyone take a look and offer advice?

I think Is Internet Explorer CSS disabled? Have you checked for it? Bootstrap works fine for me in Internet Explorer
